Symptoms of cerebral insufficiency due to metabolic & circulatory disturbances of the brain, conditions after craniocerebral trauma, apoplectic strokes, intoxications & encephalitis. Disturbances in psychic & mental development in childn & adolescents. |

Adult 300-600 mg daily. Childn 50-300 mg daily. Continue for ≥6-8 wk. |

Should be taken with food (Take w/ a large glass of water. Swallow whole, do not chew/ crush.). |

RA patients w/ severe kidney & liver function disorders, serious changes in blood counts; auto-immune diseases w/ lupus erythematosus, myasthenia, pemphigus. |

Rarely, skin rash, rise in temp, GI & hepatic disorder, taste disturbances, over-excitability symptoms, single cases of pemphigus-like skin reactions & lichen planus. |
